"Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly and courteous. Guest room was very clean and the bed and room temperature were comfortable. Room was also amazingly quiet considering how close the hotel is to the heavy traffic on I-35. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were overcooked. So were the biscuits. The tables and chairs need to be replaced and updated. It is a very small space so if the hotel was very busy it would not be comforatble place to eat. Check out was quick and I got the receipt I requested without any hassle."

"This house is neat as can be. Absolutely everything you need and very nicely appointed. Well located with easy access to everything. The three bedrooms are sizable. Two bedrooms up stairs with a very small but well equipped bathroom. The stairs are rather steep as they tended to be in houses of that age, but not a problem. The main floor bedroom is very nice as is the main floor bath. The back screened in porch was a blessing for sitting out in the evening and the fenced in backyard was very well maintained and clean - the dogs loved it!The neighbors were friendly too!"

"We had the nicest time visiting our college daughter in the comfort of this beautiful, quaint home. The attention to detail is incredible! We loved all the decor and thoughtful accommodations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Not to mention it’s close location to downtown Clear Lake and amazing lakeside views!"
Waterfront Condo- Best View!

"It was such a cute cozy condo! The bed and couch was AMAZING! The view was fantastic! Everything you needed for cooking was there for you and they even had some seasonings/foil. They provided trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and everything you need! Our kids absolutely loved it there and we will go back next year!"
