"Super nice staff! From check in to check out. Breakfast was great! Something different everyday. Very clean also! It was a was a wonderful hotel experience. Thank you!!"

"Dirty linens were piled on the bed. The room had not been cleaned. They refused to give us a refund. The manager lied and said the room was in disarray due to inspectors coming."

"The staff was not helpful. There was one guy who was helpful but not overly friendly. They were more worried about who quit and gossiping in front of customers versus making sure the free breakfast was stocked. The overall Custer service was a major disappointment. If it weren’t for that it would have been a nice stay. Great location in Waverly and lots of things to do within walking distance. Easy parking."
