"We are having major issues with this hotel and it has been a horrible experience. 1. It took at least 1 hour to check into the hotel. We were forced to wait in a long line of people waiting to check in. They were having system issues that were causing extensive delays. 2. After checking in we found that 4 out of the five elevators were not working and several of them had been out for several days. We booked 3 rooms and had to climb the stairs with our bags in order to actually get t o our rooms in a timely fashion. We were placed on the 9. 10. and 12 floor. My sister in law is 6 months pregnant and had to walk up to the 10th floor. 3. We had to walk down around 6pm to make it to our game. 4. When we returned from the game we had to walk back up to our room as they still only had one elevator so we all walked to our room. 5. We called down to complain and to let them know they there is no ice on the 9th floor. They told us to go down to the 8th floor to get ice. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else."
