"This is pretty much a brand new hotel. They opened before the other amenities have opened so you know. Their restaurant and lounge area were not opened yet but we knew that when we made our reservation and were not caught off guard. The room was excellent and staff were friendly as well. Very close to the beach and restaurants and they own the parking garage across the street. While we didn't use the pool or hot tub it looked so inviting and will have a great view of the marina area. I would recommend you stay here. "
