"My husband and I have been celebrating our anniversary in Clearwater for the past three years, staying at different hotels each time. This year, we decided to stay at the JW Marriott, and OMG… it was AMAZING! ❤️壟 From the moment we pulled up to valet parking, to checking in and seeing our room, we loved everything about our stay. The entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly felt at home! We ate breakfast in the dining area every morning and requested the same server, Mrs. Bethzaida. She was absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our conversations with her and getting to know her. On our last day, Bethzaida was off, so Melina took care of us, and she was also amazing. The beach and pool staff were great as well. James at the beach and Amelia at the pool were both so attentive. They kept the drinks coming and made sure we had plenty of water to stay hydrated. 😊🍹 We also tried jet skiing for the first time and had an absolute BLAST! 🌊🚤 And my husband surprised me with a spa treatment, and OMG… the person who took care of me was AMAZING! She was so professional, and the experience was everything I needed. The front desk staff was also wonderful. I’m writing this review while I’m at work, so unfortunately I don’t have everyone’s names with me. 😔 But please know that every single person we encountered made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and provided an amazing experience from beginning to end."

"Parking was atrocious! No places to park except over at St. Pete Beach Motel. Heard they were charging to park there if not staying there. That is unacceptable! I paid for parking and was staying there. Not sure what the amenities were except water. $40.00 per day for nothing! Only employees we saw were housekeepers and they were great. Had to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas that use to be included in daily fee."
