I did not see a name tag on her but asked another receptionist what her name was and she said Marie she wears a nose pierce. She was working second shift. She wanted to charge us and I let her know that we had paid alr3eady online, then she said she would charge $25.00 I asked for what and she said for any damage we cause....so I said I am going to check the room. She proceeded to now look at me and move...
