This listing includes the full 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home and accommodates up to 7 guests in beds, with twin and queen air mattresses available to accommodate up to 10 guests. Laundry access is included with this full-home stay.
The unit sits on nearly half an acre with mature shade trees, offering a quiet and private outdoor space. The yard provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Bedrooms
Each of the four bedrooms includes a walk-in closet, dressers, nightstands, and ceiling fans for added comfort.
– Master Suite: California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. An air purifier is also provided.
– Jack-and-Jill Rooms: Located across the hall from the master and overlooking the pool, one room offers a Full bed with 100% cotton sateen sheets and the other a Twin with decorative sheets. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub.
– Owner’s Suite: Located at the far east end of the house near the garage and off of the laundry room, this private room includes a Queen bed with a 3-inch memory foam topper. A bathroom with a standing shower is located just across the hall.

We like to offer a concierge-style experience by setting the home to your preferred temperature before arrival!
To keep the home comfortable and ensure the HVAC system runs efficiently - especially during extreme weather - we set the thermostat to operate best within these ranges: 72–76°F in summer and 68–72°F in winter. This approach helps protect the system’s health and supports environmental sustainability in our community.
If you have a preferred temperature outside these ranges, just let us know — we’re happy to discuss how to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage. My daughter and I may occasionally stay in the RV parked at the back of the property or may be traveling during your stay.
Parking
You’re welcome to use the front circle driveway or park along the street. Please keep the side driveway (leading to the garage and RV) clear.
