Staff/service is amazing! Super convenient location - walked to all of our planned events. Very clean, just needs little touch ups, updates. Would definitely stay at The Fairmont Dallas again. As someone who travels a lot, I appreciate good staff/service, location and cleanliness - these are my main considerations.

My stay was amazing. Room comfy and all around was good. Food in the restaurant was delicious and my favorite was the Le Labo products in the restroom. One of my favorite perfume. Will be back again for sure.

The staff were great and the on-site restaurant had a great menu. But one lift for 20 floors was a nightmare, you had to get the one going up to fit in, then you stop on every floor. Took 15-20minutes each morning.
