"Had a great 3 days away,room was clean and apt for what we needed,however the bed was just awful,i felt every spring in that mattress,needs new beds definitely, The food was excellent and lots of variety, The lady that checked us in was an absolutely lovely lady,helpful,polite,smiley We were due to change our wristbands on monday but the lady had already gave us them,just needed to collect programme, meet someone completely different,frosty,blunt and very as a matter of fact,not very good for...

"Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived."
