"I had a terrible experience staying here. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was dried mucus on the wall, and I even found roaches inside the microwave, which was beyond unacceptable. The sheets were burnt and visibly dirty, and the comforter and pillows had black stains all over them. It felt unhygienic and poorly maintained from every angle. I would not recommend this place to anyone—seriously needs better cleaning standards and basic upkeep. I’ve gotten in contact with the property and they issued a refund, but now it’s up to Expedia to actually return the money. Still waiting to see how that gets resolved. "
