Food in the restaurant was excellent and extremely well-priced compared to other places in Banff and Jasper. The room was comfortable and clean but definitely no frills. Lovely balcony outside to look at the view.

It’s a motel style property in the middle of nowhere, but they have some nice amenities, the room was ok, restaurant on site, big playground, we had a good night rest. We visited during the smoke in July, so couldn’t enjoy the outdoors.

Our stay was very convenient and comfortable overall. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We found our room to be clean and were pleased to see a freshly renovated bathroom. The bed was okay and fine for a night's rest.The standout feature of this location is how convenient the amenities are—having a dining room/restaurant, a gas station, and a store right on-site was incredibly helpful. Overall, it’s a great, highly convenient place to stay, and we would recommend it!

Stayed in the hotel room. room was very clean and staff ready to answer any questions. This is a resort, it has options such as tent camping, rv's, hotel rooms. Located 30 mins. from middle of Icefield Pkwy.. The mtns. were very big and beautiful. Only downside was restaurant menu and limited store items, but considering it's in the middle of no where, it was okay.

The location is beautiful and the rooms have definitely been renovated but housekeeping seems to be very surface. The inability to get wifi in the room was a bit inconvenient. Over all the location the restaurant food and the proximity to hikes etc. made it an excellent choice.

Beautiful location, I found it interesting that the front desk closed down early and that our keys to the room were left in a mailbox on the wall next to the lobby door, another quest that happened to be walking by told me where to find my room key.

Is a basic motel but room was as described and availability of a store and restaurant onsite was useful. Food and beer at the restaurant was good. Guy was super friendly at checkin but didn’t believe my son’s room was short of a towel when he subsequently went back on his own (though did give him an extra one). Overall good.

The staff was extremely helpful when we first arrived. They went above and beyond to help get us settled in quickly even though we arrived early. The further away from the office the less reliable the wifi was but you are literally in the middle of nowhere there. All in all it was a good stay

We had to check out late, and the staff were very helpful and fast in responding messages! Perfect room with a lot of space and nice view. Note: We couldn’t find a hair dryer and the room only had one garbage bin/bag (these are not big problems during our stay, but worth noting).

Beautiful site with mountains and wildlife all around. Very helpful staff and quiet rooms. Room was modernized but needs a few touch ups. Only complaint is power kept going out and wifi was very spotty. But to be honest it’s a great trade off to being in the mountains! The restaurant on site had the most amazing smoked meat. Not a lot of variety, but what we ordered was very tasty.
