"The property was clean, quiet, modern, and convenient to town being walkable to restaurants and shops. Bed was very comfortable. The downside, was bathroom fan did not shut off, there was a thermostat for heat in the bathroom but no heater, furniture was not comfortable, main area HVAC had one fan speed (high) so it had to be off while watching tv. The detergent used to wash bedding had a strong fragrance along with air freshener in the unit which is difficult when someone has scent issues."

"Katie's apartment is such a lovely space on an expansive Montana farm with beautiful scenery. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms are equal in size with a well-appointed kitchen and adjacent living space. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with pebble tile floor. Katie was kind, communicative, and accommodating. We would rent this property again!"

Attention to detail is apparent everywhere you look, and the location is perfect. Easy walking to downtown or UM. Comfy bed, great shower, coffee, tea…we didn’t want to leave!"

"Overall we had a great stay here. The location is great to be near campus and the hip strip. It’s a funky, charming little apartment with steep, winding stairs. Fine for young, able bodied guests, but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The reason I can’t give five stars was an issue we encountered. "My family and I attended a large event in Missoula and were very happy to have a quiet place to land in the evenings, outside the hubbub of a busy town. It's an easy 20-25 minute drive from the cabins to the center of Missoula. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cool on the warm day we arrived. Lisa met us and was very friendly, offering any assistance as needed. We had all necessary amenities, and the large, covered front porch was very welcoming. Highly recommend."
