The room smelled, the bed wasn’t done right, sheets and pillow cases were so wrinkled and did not smell fresh, the building is falling apart, the hallway and the hotel in general was dirty!
The tv remote control and hair dryer were missing!
The front desk clerk in the morning was putting make up on and not minding the needs of the clients!"
