"Lovely hotel in cute location alongside the canal. Parking was easy. Hotel is lovely but in need of an update. Decor is outdated. However, hotel is clean and looked after. Room was comfortable and we were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not as much choice as other hotels. Chester City Centre is a short walk along the canal. Would recommend and stay again."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here. Perfect location just a couple of minute walk from central station. Managed to check in early when I went to ask about leaving our bags which was a bonus. Room was spotless clean, however did look like it needed a fresh coat of paint. Will be back again"

"We had a good stay at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport. The biggest advantage is definitely the convenience of being able to use the covered tunnel straight from the hotel to the terminals, which makes travelling so much easier, especially with luggage or an early flight. The hotel itself was comfortable and well located. The food was okay, and the staff were generally pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it is a very convenient option if you are flying from Manchester Airport."

"Everything was great at this hotel. Hotel was clean, rooms were lovely. Had all the useful amenities that would be needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were kindly upgraded to a canal side view and they assisted with anything we needed. Parking is readily available outside the hotel and is free. Location is very good to visit the quays and Trafford. And easy transport connections to rest of Manchester."

"One of my favourite things about this hotel is the amazing staff that are on reception. Every single time I stay, I’m welcomed with such warmth and kindness. I was welcomed by a really lovely lady last time, Anna. Nothing was too much trouble, happy, kind, helpful. Thank you Anna, I really appreciate you. Always the same feeling here, that is really good to have when you’re a solo traveller. Also with regard to the amazing staff, the man that greets you outside is also kind, helpful, happy, just lovely. He helps me with all my luggage every single time without fail. Doubletree, you have a fantastic team, so hope they get the recognition they truly deserve. A big thank you from me!"
