"Clean and beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Try not to stay there when Everton Playing as a nightmare to get to hotel car park. Car park is not free to hotel guests"

"Great location in the Shopping District. Located about a 10min stroll from Lime Street Railway Station. Hotel was modern with clean lines. Our room was huge and fabulously clean. Dream bed. Check in was quick and easy with lovely welcoming staff. The coffee and pastries were a lovely touch for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great staff and location. Walking distance to shopping, restaurant, and tourist attractions. I would recommend it to anyone. This hotel must have been something very special in its day. The bed was comfortable and room where clean the only complaint was that there was no where to plug my CPAP machine by the bed, so I just moved it closer to the plug in. Bring a mall cord just incase."

"The hotel was perfect for us to walk to were we wanted to go very central very friendly staff towels bedding all nice and clean fridge in the room, the only reason we didn’t give it full marks were there was a couple of small marks on the carpet and a little wear and tear but absolutely nothing to complain about just down to use, we will most book this hotel again when we visit Liverpool great stay thank you 😊"

"My phone died when I was trying to do the card verification during check in process, but the staff still kindly allows me to get into the room and I was able to charge my phone at ease. Thank you! I was however a bit disappointed on how they do not respond to any of my chat through this app and do not pick up the call when I ring them."
