"We have stayed here a number of times now, and will continue to do so when visiting Toronto. The location is great for sightseeing, eating out, and shopping. The staff are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable without being too intrusive. We would recommend getting the breakfast option with your stay as we found it to be really good value (and really good tasting, too). The only issue we had was the in-room coffee. The manual pour-over system is awkward, messy, and time-consuming and the coffee itself isn’t great (although the coffee in the lounge is quite good!). The rooms are smaller than some, but they are well-appointed, comfortable, and clean: the price point also more than makes up for the coziness!"

"Hotel was nice, and location was great. The only thing I'll say is before you book, be aware that there is a nightclub right across the street. We were on the second floor and could hear pretty much everything. Lots of kids running around drunk out of there minds. Hot tub was good, but there was a nicotine pouch floating around on there. Kinda gross. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great."
