"This is a brilliant lodge! It’s furnished to a really high standard, and has everything needed! The host Graham was so kind and helpful and gave us all the info we needed ahead of time, as well as tips of places to visit in the local area! The Holiday Park is lovely and in a great location. Would recommend! Thanks"

"We spent 4 days/night at this lovely lodge and really enjoyed our stay. The lodge is so cozy, nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. "The Raleigh Lodge is a cosy little house surrounded by English countryside. We liked the tranquility, seclusion and rural environment very much. The house is lovely furnished and has everything you need for two people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and received with real scones :) We could always turn to Myles and Sarah for questions. The dog Sally and some chicken also visited us. It was an all-around beautiful holiday!"

The lodge was ideally placed for many local beaches, walks and attractions. Stu was the perfect host and the kids are already asking when we can return! Simply the best holiday 😊"

Saunton Sands Hotel Source Spa and Wellness

"Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced and the fish and chips were delightful. Our evening meal was also delicious and so nice not to be rushed. All staff were very helpful and friendly, we only stayed one night but would certainly recommend."

"Stayed 2 nights at the Hoop Inn, bed extremely comfortable, staff all attentive and friendly. Evening meal was excellent and the breakfasts set us up for the day. Plenty of safe off road parking. I would highly recommended and will be looking to book again if we are visiting Devon in the future. "

"Right in the center of town and an easy walk from the train station in Barnstaple. Everything is right there in walking distance and it's all just as funky and charming and welcoming as can be! The hotel's foundation has sunken a bit (or more in some places) which is charming but a little disconcerting if you're thinking you might fall out of bed!"
