"Quiet room though we were on the ground floor and had no view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine; the best onion bhajis of my life so they are THOROUGHLY recommended. We went in the sauna and the outdoor hot tub- that was amazing. All in all, a good stay and I would definitely return."

"Absolutely amazing, great location, nice and peaceful. Host made sure that me and my friend are happy with everything and she was available if we needed anything. We had a lovely welcome gift ( Prosseco, chocolates and delicious Welsh cakes), the hot tub was warm and ready for us on arrival. About 9 minutes drive to Zipp World, 12 minutes to little town called Betws- y- Coead where you can go for lovely food, walks and explore Beautiful waterfalls. "The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."
