"Good attention the front desk give to me. And help me to change the 1st it was on second floor and with my condition I can do stairs. Went we went to the 2nd room. The room smells strong cigarettes and went back to the front desk and she change my room. 3rd room was perfect. I love the bed and pillow . Good A/C. Was great"

"The room provides a desk, however no plugs are available at the desk to plug in laptop. Microtel to me is a working person hotel. Also there were no cups in the room to use for water. Desk person was kind of enough to bring me a few up."

"Send time visiting and did not dissapoint. Beautiful property. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Very clean and love the special touches. Meticulous landscaping. Love the pool service and onsite restaurants! If I were to point anything out I would say they could use an upgrade in the shower heads in the bathrooms. They were pretty subpar. I would also think they should have an area to use the lake itself. It’s strange to be on. Lake property and not be able to float or swim in it. They should use The Sagamore as a template for building amenities."

"Was very nice for the price. Did not expect a 5 star hotel at that price point. It was fairly clean, a little dated. Biggest complaint was the phone in our room did not work. Would I stay here again??? Yes"
