"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "

"It was cold in Monterrey while I was there and the common areas of the property have no heat. It was very uncomfortable to be outside my room. I had to ask the maid to change the sheets my first day there because there was what looked like a tick on one of the pillows. The maid was there everyday"

"I had arrived at Ayenda Suites Ejecutivas Monterrey at 11:10 pm on April 13, and I was not able to enter the hotel since their front door was locked and after banging on the door for a number of times, I gave up, and left the site. The hotel is in a rundown condition with a big pothole in front of the door. "
