"This location is affordable with zero charm. It's very corporate looking. There were a lot of tour groups and high school groups staying here. Having said that, the location was great. The room was clean. The staff was very nice, there were only so many fans to go around. Keep in mind the rooms are stuffy and there is no air conditioning."

"The room was always clean. The personnel were very helpful. The bathroom had a strange configuration with the toilet down the hall from the sink and shower. And there were no towel racks and not much storage space for our clothes. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise it was a very nice room with air conditioning during a horrible heat wave. It was nice to have restaurants on the property. And it was near the tube and train station."

"Conveniently located near the train and tube. Clean and cozy room. Really cozy. Two things irked me. I was charged £15 for early check in. Either my room is ready or it’s not. It was but I was charged extra. I was also charged to store our luggage after we checked out. We had an afternoon train to another destination but stored our luggage until then. Most hotels offer these services free."

"Room was far tinier than it looks in the photos, in ever regard. Kind of minimalist. No elevator, just absolute basics. On the plus side, I was there during the recent heat wave and the AC was fantastic. Kept the room cold, and the unit was quiet. Frankly, given the complete absence of AC every else, this moved it from 3 stars to 4. Staff are useless."

"Perfect location for the Underground and Pancras international station. A short tube ride to Camden Town always a winner. Staff were great and room was clean, lovely bedlinen and comfy beds. Shower room clean and well maintained and stocked. My only negative is it's pot luck to get a lift as it only stops at certain floors. Ask about this when booking. Didn't have breakfast as we had an early start. But we did have coffee in the restaurant which was also good and clean with friendly helpful staff."
