"The room and bathroom are small but clean. There are few facilities in the room (e.g., no tea or coffee). The bed was too soft for me but others will love it. The check in system needs review - I had to check in three times, which was frustrating (online ahead of arrival, then again at reception, only for them to then send me to a terminal for self-check-in)."

"This hotel is centrally located close to many of the main tourist attractions and the theatre district. All within walking distance. Booked a Superior Single room. Room was a decent size and had the usual amenities, iron, coffee maker, etc. No fridge or microwave. The bed is comfortable and the linen is soft. Bathroom just had a shower, no tub and toiletries were supplied. There is no bathroom door. The rooms don't have a standard layout so you could be staring straight into the bathroom from your bed. Finding your room was a challenge as the floors are a rabbit's warren of hallways and the room #s weren't laid out in a logical pattern. There is an digital sign at the elevator where you put in your room # and it shows you how to get to it. Daily housekeeping is provided but if you opt not to have this, you get a coupon for £7 off the breakfast buffet. They will then only clean your room every 4 days. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold items. If paid the night before it's £15, otherwise it's £20 at the door. Traveled to Edinburgh for a few days and was able to store my larger suitcase while I was away until I returned for my last nights in London. I was very pleased with my stay and would book here again. Would recommend."

"I highly recommend staying here . From the moment we arrived it was effortless. The room was so comfortable and quiet . The amenities available in the rooms from hair dryer to steamer to bathrobes and slippers . Outside the rooms on each floor was a small kitchen area to make coffee or grab a snack. A nice treat to come back to the room from dinner to find chocolates and bottled water on your night stand . The convenience of being right across from the Train station was unmeasured! To come out of the hotel , walk across the street and not have to call an uber priceless ! We will definitely be staying here again ."

"Room is small no space to keep the luggage. No body lotion found. Found dust around door corne. The shower area is quite small. Water leaks out of the shower area due to an inadequate shower screen. There is no power outlet near the bed for charging mobile devices. Overall experience is not that bad for couple of nights not great but ok."
