Hossain and all the staff were great. Friendly and helpful. They looked after our bags when we arrived, brought tea in the morning and helped carry bags to the nearby tube station. Together with some nice snacks and refreshments in the room, this made a great stay. Highly recommended.

Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room and a little welcome gift with handwritten note. A tea trolley is left outside each room at 8am too. Loved this! Recommended.

The hotel staff were very welcoming went above and beyond to help me have an early check in. Their apartment is on the top floor with all the mod cons. And nicely decorated. Nice touches like Aesop toiletries and free water soft drinks and chocolates. I would definitely stay again and I recommend.

The location was ideal for an overnight between train journeys. The communication from Yannis was brilliant, and his whole team were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional and for one night was ideal. Comfy bed, and the tea trolley delivery was a nice touch.

The staff greeted from another building, although nice, quite unnecessary as the code being sent and the instructions were super efficient and I would have been able to find the property and access sufficiently. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would book again and can recommend. Bear in mind that these properties are in the process of refurbishment but once inside it is a fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient to the St Pancras International Train station and only a short walk. We booked the Queen Room for two nights. The room was perfect for a two night stay and we got some goodies upon arrival. Also, we got a cart of tea and the daily paper each morning. Upon entry we were greeted by Mir and he was excellent! He made us feel very welcomed and helped us with our bags into our room. Mir was our point of contact during our stay and definitely was great to know that we could reach out directly to him during our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something close to the train station and a friendly and courteous staff!

Fabulous quirky hotel

Great location close to train station, bus routes, food places and shops. A green park directly oppsite. Fabulous hotel, friendly welcome, good communication prior to arrival. Free mini bar, Smeg kettle, toaster and fridge. Coffee machine and microwave, which was useful. Quirky decoration. In the morning there was a little trolley with teapots and cups of tea and pleasant note wishing us a good day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed for one night. Easy check in with details emailed to me on the date of stay. Loved the treats in the room on arrival and the tea trolley outside the room in the morning. Had everything you need from dental kits to sleep masks and ear plugs. 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay

In a very central, yet quiet and cute location, the Rokxy Townhouse was a perfect place to stay. The staff was very friendly, with lots of nice little attentions we really appreciated: welcome gift, free mini bar, morning tea service,... Our room had very little space but was very cozy and everything was optimized nicely with all the amenities we could hope for.
