"I had to sleep with the lights on, because I had to kill a few roaches. The bed & sheets were dirty & stained. They obviously don't wash any of the bedding. Also found a bug crawling in the bed.. I've stayed at bad places before, but this shot up to #2..maybe even #1. I actually had the misfortune of staying at 4 other crappy places, but THIS place is the absolute worst in Fresno. The ONLY perk is that there's a lot of places within walking distance. Especially Spaghetti Factory. That was a treat."

"It a really nice place to stay in General. If you looking for a cheap, comfortable, and nice place. But the only problem with the elevator is slow. So if going for a relaxed and fast trip ask for the first floor rooms."

"The clean spacious room and a tasty breakfast buffet, as well as its convenient location and the reasonable prices makes the Piccadilly one of our favorite places when visiting Fresno."
