"Nice stay in Wilmington. The greenway is literally at the back of the property so very easy walk to UNCW. It was clean and quiet. Nice for one to two people for a stay in the Wilmington area. Very close to all the places I wanted go including restaurants, campus, grocery stores, and beach. Checkin was very easy. "

"Property is located within walking distance of everything in town. We were very happy with the rental. Only caution would be for light sleepers - the air handler is located in the closet in the bedroom. It didn’t bother us but could be an issue for very light sleepers."

"Our original rental was canceled three days before we were supposed to come to the Outer Banks. So we are super thankful that we were able to find an affordable, oceanside unit that met all of our basic needs on short notice. However nice this unit was being oceanfront, within walking distance to Jockey Ridge and local to many fine amenities it came with several problems. Fortunately the rental agency was responsive and tended to our every need. First, there was an ant-infestation because one...

"The property was awesome! Very convenient to everything. Very walkable. Nice quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the ocean in one direction and a few to nice walking path by the bay. Just was amazing and very easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely go back!"

"It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Close to everything. All the employees were super friendly. The outdoor pool was heated and very nice. We were able to park close to our room and access stairs. A microwave in the room would be a bonus. We used the one next to the ice maker to reheat coffee."
