"Staff were friendly and courteous. Locally knowledgeable and recommended a couple good restaurants in town. Room was typical of Red Roof - clean and neat but somewhat dated. This particular Red Roof appeared to be updating other areas of the hotel. "

"My hotel stay was good. I loved the lights above the bed and the glass countertops for the tv and desk area. There was an issue with the toilet seat not being locked in on the toilet, but my boyfriend and I let the worker know. She explained she would let her manager know. We wanted to make sure they knew it wasn’t us that did that. Everything was good though."

It’s been totally updated, granite countertops, new appliances, Keurig coffee machine, with coffee pods, filtered water in the refrigerator, double washers and dryers, extra space, nice linens and good parking. It was so close to historic downtown. Just off of Broad. I’d use it again! "

"The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. "
