"The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. There are two porches - a screen porch and a large glassed-in porch. The latter offers lovely views of the creek, a park, and the treetops where birds were often singing. Though it's near a busy road, the hill and long driveway set it back, so it feels quite secluded. One of our favorite lodgings!"

"Very cute boat house. My husband loved fishing for trout in the river just off the deck. Nice morning walk thru Kerr park to see the bald eagle in its nest then stop for a coffee or icecream. Everything within walking distance. Loved it."
