"Lovely room. Keswick Suite has seperate sitting area in tower with panoramic views to the western hills. Meals were very good and the service was excellent. Shout out to the staff in all areas of the hotel for their friendliness and attention."

"Excellent check in staff, but found all staff polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We had a lake view and had been pre informed of the scaffolding outside our window, it did block the view but not too much. Unfortunately the very misty morning put paid to any view but obviously that’s nature. Would definitely return "

"Perfect for a short overnight stay. Clean and tidy, great breakfast for £8! I booked after 11pm and arrived at 1:30am as I needed to break up a long motorway journey. The 24hrs reception meant no problems."
