"We booked a basic small room, which was very small and very basic. After checking in we discovered that the toilet wasn’t working. The gentleman at the front desk said he’d let maintenance know and the issue would be resolved by the time we returned that evening. On our return he said that maintenance was unable to come in, so he had us move to the room next door…which happened to be an executive room! What a difference, and what an excellent example of customer service done right! Location was...

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Colono. The rooms are well appointed with queen bed, AC, WiFi, in-room safe, TV and fridge. Complimentary breakfast was good. The shower has good pressure and beds are comfy. Definitely recommend!"
