"It was my birthday weekend and I needed a last minute one night stay and this place was perfect. Right in front of the beach, lots of parking spacing. The night time front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful! Thankfully I made it just in time to grab a late bite at the restaurant and get a couple drinks at the bar! Even though it was late and the night staff was preparing to close down and leave they were still incredibly kind. From the front desk, to the restaurant and the bar they were all wonderful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything was great! Less then 5 min walk to the beach. Big pool area and bar. When we needed something, they were kind and quick to get it to us! We would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel is divided into 5 different buildings. You have to walk to a different building for breakfast. Amenities are basic. There is a sandy residue on the floor and that sticks to your feet and gets into the bed linens. The shower soap holder had remnants of a previous person’s shaved hair in it. Noise level is loud and walls are thin. When we arrived the entire parking lot smelled like marijuana. The best part of this hotel was the heated pool. "

"Very clean property and room. Got an upgrade and that was a pleasant surprise! Staff very helpful and friendly. Easy access to many things such as Cocoa Beach Pier (within walking distance-less than a mile), the beach (could see if from the top floor of the garage (and got to see Artemis II launch from there!), easy shopping choices around, as well as places to eat. Prices reasonable around the area and Ron Jon Surf Shop right across the street! They also had their own surf shop on the premises with reasonable prices for the location. This stay was an excellent choice! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well."

"We were looking for a more affordable option and booked a night here last minute and we were very pleased. The room was clean and updated. Check in was quick and the employees were kind. The pool and pool area were clean and the little bar was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and had a nice selection. We utilized the beach access which was super convenient. We will look to book here again the next time we return to Cocoa Beach. "
