Enjoy the beach at this luxurious elegant 5 bedroom 3 bath private home 200 yards from the the soft warm sands of Cocoa Beach. This beautiful 2450 square foot one-story home has no stairs and no streets to cross on your short leisurely walk to the beach.

The SailAway Beach House was designed to fit the needs of large family or corporate groups. It can accommodate 10-12 guests. The spacious great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Enjoy reclining on one of the leather sofas while you watch the 65 inch smart TV above the decorative white brick fireplace. Prepare meals using the new stainless steel appliances in the open concept kitchen and serve them as guests are seated at the dining table, (seats 8), or the large freestanding granite island, (seats 4).

The centerpiece of SailAway's tropically landscaped backyard is the private heated 20 by 40' pool. The swimming pool goes from 3' 9" to 7' in depth. There is ample space for sunbathers around the deck of the pool or guests may prefer shaded relaxation beneath the beautiful pergola. A sandy play area provides a place for children to romp while their parents barbecue on the Weber grill. A screened in porch with ceiling fan and an adult table for 6 and child-sized picnic table for the little ones overlooks the pool.

One SailAway master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed with its own generous ensuite bath and closet.The other master holds a queen bed and closet. It has a Jack and Jill bath that opens to a separate room containing a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed. This would be a perfect sleeping arrangement for parents and children. SailAway also has two more queen bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a large shower bath. Four of the five bedrooms have 50" smart TVs and views of the pool.

Guests will find the front loading washer and dryer a useful convenience during their stay. SailAway has parking for 4-5 vehicles on the property. Public hourly metered parking is also available on the street. A handy beach wagon holding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and boogie boards awaits you for your beach vacation. A twin air mattress is available upon request.

The world famous Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier is 2 blocks south. Food, drinks, and recreation are available there. We are the closest beach to Disney, which is approximately one hour away and The Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away. We are 25 miles from the Space Coast Stadium Complex.

We are fully licensed to operate as a vacation rental.

Amazing Home

This is by far the best place we have stayed for vacation! The house was amazing and the pool was out of this world. Located right by the beach and all the things to do. Highly highly recommend !!

Great family stay in Cocoa Beach!!

Our family of ten (six adults and four children ages 7-10) throughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Some visited Disney and Universal a few days, while others enjoyed the short walk down the street to the beach every day! The house was well stocked, clean and had a great layout for our group. The pool was exceptionally large and fun and the beach was wonderful… not packed like our northeast beaches. The overall location was great too!! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful including tips for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property and host (host has other properties as well).

The house is super nice and perfect for multiple families. The pool is awesome and it is a very short walk to the beach. Great communication and easy check in and check out. Definitely will look to stay here again.

Christmas in Cocoa Beach was amazing

First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family memories forever

Wonderful space for our family of 11, private pool used daily, steps from the beach where some of our group fished while we enjoyed being in the ocean, eateries-tiki bars walking distance, including the pier. 8 nights spent all 11 of us, space to have your quiet time if needed😂 Called the owners 1 time with question-immediate response-good communication, friendly. Cocoa Beach Comfort

A well maintained clean property , steps from the beach , groceries, and some restaurant choices . The pool was beautiful, and a wonderful place to gather and play. Appliances up to date. Four comfortable bedrooms ( a fifth if needed), with plenty washrooms. You won't be disappointed if you rent this property.

Awesome rental

This was a great place for my family to stay. The house is large and beautiful. The lanai was large with a fan, table and even kids picnic table. The pool is beautiful and clean. Tons of pool and beach toys. Even some shade on one end of the pool mid afternoon. Great proximity to the beach and shopping. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars and the pier! To get to the 5th bedroom, you do have to walk through the kids room, but it was manageable. Also noise carries through the house, but we had sound machines for the little ones. Overall, one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at and would stay again!

Plenty of room for family.

My family had very enjoyable time at the property despite nearly 6 inches of rain. The property is ideally situated between the beach and other necessities like grocery store and restaurants. The house is very spacious even for a large party like we had where every bed was taken. House is in excellent condition and has new appliances and washer and dryer which we took full advantage of. In fact I would recommend taking very few items from home as you have everything there to cook, wash ,grill and enjoy the beach and pool ( which is likely one of the largest ones you'll find in Cocoa). The owner Cathy was highly attentive from the moment we made our booking upto when we departed. Definitely hoping to stay here or at another "Cathy" property in the future. CHEERS!

Perfect Location For Beach and Orlando/Disney Access

I have been coming to Florida for winter get-aways every year since retiring from university business school administration in Minnesota in 2014! I look for a place that has close and easy access to the beach, but is also as close as possible to the Orlando attractions for day trips for my children and grand children who visit while I"m in Florida., and has a swimming pool for when the kids are not at the beach! This vacation home has it all: there are no street crossings to get to the beach in a couple of minutes; the oversized, heated pool is in a very private yard; it is the closest beach to the Orlando attractions - one of my families took their three children to open and close Universal Studios in a little over an hour each direction on the same day; there are a multitude of great, nearby restaurants in every direction and several within walking distance including the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier; the accommodations had everything we could possibly need for all nine of us at our peak with room to spare! As bonuses we got to see many cruise ships coming and going including the largest cruise ship in the world, the Wonder of the Seas, up close and personal, and a rocket launch from the beach next to the house. There was also easy access to a wonderful, tropically oriented zoo, the Brevard Zoo, just a few miles south in Melbourne; and, the Kennedy Space Center is a must for every visitor, especially school aged kids! All in all my family is very willing to settle for PERFECT!

Great stay in a beautiful home at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early July. The property was very clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, super close (easy walk) to the beach and communication with the property manager, Cathy, was excellent. We were there for a baseball tournament and had no issues getting back and forth to the fields (about 25 minute drive with normal traffic). Thanks for a great experience in Cocoa Beach!

Well maintained, very clean, relaxing area, near shopping. Family loved the large pool. We saw 4 rocket launches from house and beach. Lots parking. Owner very responsive to questions, provided information on shuttle service to orlando airport when it became necessary (friend's business) and worked out perfectly.

Pa. Family trip

Had an amazing week here with our kids and grandkids, 6 adults, 5 kids. This home was beautifully furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchen…cooking tools, glassware, dinnerware,etc. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home was very clean…pristine!Pool was huge and warm! Well stocked pool and beach items available. Only like a block to beach crossover. Best host we have ever dealt with both before and during trip! We will definitely be back. No complaints at all. 5 stars!
