However we had thought we could walk to the beach when we booked the place, but no worries. It's only an 8 minute drive or ride on trolley. We definitely recommend and maybe we'll visit again..."

"Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota. "
