"We had such an amazing stay at Tropical Cottages! I could not recommend this place enough and definitely see this becoming a regular vacation spot for our family. First off, the location could not be any better. You are literally steps away from the beach and a ton of restaurants! We had our 1 1/2 year old and carried him everywhere, so it was perfect to not have to wander too far to find what we needed. The beach here is UNBELIEVABLE. We grew up in South Florida and have been to several beaches throughout the state. This is 100% my favorite! The rooms were clean, comfy, and cozy. My only complaint (gotta have at least one!) is I wish there were hoses or showers outside the rooms so we could get the sand off our feet before going inside. Such a minor complaint. Everything was just so perfect about our stay and we cannot wait to return! Cannot recommend enough!!"

"Such a cute and cozy place on Siesta Key! The 3-bedroom home had 5 beds and 2 full bathrooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone. It was nicely put together, located in a quiet area, and had lots of room for parking. We also loved being only about a mile from the Siesta Key Village area!The host was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. We also appreciated the little extras provided, like soaps and toothpaste.A few coffee pods for the Keurig and some basic kitchen items like a toaster, cooking oil, or a few spices would be nice additions, but those are definitely “nice to haves” and didn't take away from our stay.Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This house is a lively beach house with wooden floors and a wooden outdoor patio with chairs. My family and I loved how close we were to everything, st Armand’s circle, siesta key beach, a Publix is 6 minutes away. And so many restaurants to choose from! I am happy to have stayed there. The house was as described in the listing, the only thing was that it smelled like dusty furniture for a couple days and the house made noises at night when we were trying to sleep."

"We traveled for a mini vacation with our kids from Maryland and we had a great time. We flew down so the fact that the rental had a beach closet was a win-win because we had no way to pack all of those items! The condo was upgraded and had a lot of great features and we also had a great amount of space! Parking was amazing too, because it was literally right beside the front door of the condo which made it so nice for loading and unloading! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of St. Armands Circle, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby.There was plenty of parking, which made everything very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lido Beach Sarasota!!!"
