"Unfortunately, our stay was much more stressful than relaxing. Throughout our 5 night stay, we had to repeatedly go back to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. Each time, we were told the items would be brought to our room, but they never were, so we kept having to return to the office ourselves. At one point we even asked a worker who kept walking by our room, and he said he would bring them to our room but then once again this did not happen. However, we watched him walk back...

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"This resort is a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend it to visitors. Pet friendly, rooms are perfect size. Many locations inside the resorts property to relax. Quiet zones, 2 pools, 2 fire pits. Beaches are close by. A truly fun place to stay. I did mention to owners that the bar was only open 1 of the 3 nights we were there and they explained it was a staffing problem. They are working hard on fixing that issue. It was a tad buggy but it is July in Florida. I would definitely...

"Great hotel in a walkable location. Awesome view from rooftop bar and pool. Good drinks and menu. Spacious rooms with ample outlets and comfy beds. Mini fridge and closet were useful. Gym looked great but didn't use. Wonderful service-especially when my dad needed a bandaid lol. Helpful to know that parking is valet only. Would stay here again."

"The property is extremely well laid out to make getting to the pool, beach and restaurants easy even if you are not in the main building. Dean at the front is an absolute superstar. He helped get through the property, rides and remembered us throughout our stay."

"Extremely disappointed with the booking of this hotel. When I originally booked it said that there was breakfast included only for me to find out when I’m there that it wasn’t. Very sketchy on Expedia’s or the hotels part - unsure. I would be aware of booking at this hotel for that reason. I would have gone somewhere else."

Thoughtful consideration was shown regarding breakfast, with options available for travelers to take it to go. The room even included a dishwasher—though I didn't use it—which goes to show just how well-equipped the amenities were."

"Really enjoyed staying at Hibiscus Suites. It was really close to events we had planned as well as restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. Even though hotel is located on busy street, the traffic was not heard from room. I would highly recommend staying."
