"The place was very nicely furnished and spotless. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The living room furniture was the best I’ve seen in a rental. They had beach bags, chairs, wagons, and quality beach towels at our disposal. The unit is only a half of a block to the beach and a half of a mile to The Village with restaurants and bars."

"Recently had a 5 night stay at the Sand Dollar on Siesta with a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). It was fantastic! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and spacious! Fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels provided, and all the beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler)!! The location is perfect - a 2 min walk to the village, and a 7 min walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, with all linens provided. Nicki and Marcus were wonderful hosts, and very responsive. We hope to be back again soon..."

"The house was perfect for a big group of girls. Everyone had their own beds and bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach and to the bars. Only thing I would add is a key pad with a code on the garage doors since the front door lock was tricky sometimes "
