"This was a complex of new apartments, supposedly having multilingual staff, the check in was slow and interesting as she spoke no English. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a shared balcony and some mountain views in the distance. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work but there was a fan there that did a good job. A five minute walk into Trichiana and there are bars and restaurants, we ate at the first restaurant we came to and it was excellent."

"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary."

Although she has little English, we are in her country so we both worked to communicate effectively. She was so pleasant and attentive, excellent manager. You have to read website carefully. "Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."
