"Best stay of our trip! Beautiful, clean apartment overlooking a quiet Venice canal. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a market. Staff was very nice and helpful. We will stay here again. Staff arranged for a water taxi to pick us up at the door and deliver us to the airport upon departure. Thank you fir a wonderful stay!"

"My partner and I checked in during the early evening. The room wasn’t in great condition (a bedside table had fallen off the wall, no AC, flickering lights), but we weren’t too bothered and went out for dinner. When we returned around 22:30, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. As I pulled back the bedsheet, I immediately spotted a bug that looked very much like a bed bug.
