"We loved our stay at the Bracken Hide! The cottages/huts were modern facilities, yet so charming and comfortable. You do have to be able to walk up a hill to get to your cottage, but there is a porter who takes your bags up and down for you. We loved the restaurant. Our dinner there the first night was spectacular, probably the best salmon we've ever had and the breakfast was truly extraordinary in presentation and taste. The staff was so kind, generous and informative. They gave great suggestions and went out of their way to make sure we felt taken care of. We highly recommend staying at the Brecken Hide!"

"Loved our room so much with an iconic Portree view. Very spacious & well appointed. Restaurant & bar were some of nicest on our trip. Unfortunately the loading & unloading is just terrible. Hotel may have no control over Portree parking but I would suggest creating a designated loading zone in front. "
