"Stayed here for an overnight getaway, and the accommodations were excellent. I wasn’t expecting a whole condo suite that included pots and pans, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc. the area is safe, nice, everything is a short distance walk, there are a couple convenience stores around if you wanted to pick up snacks. Hotel has a 24 hour front desk, the unit was clean, room temperature was good. The only thing I couldn’t find was a garbage can in the kitchen, only the bathroom. We also had a problem with the fan in the bedroom making a high pitch squeal noise overnight, but we shut the fan off and reported it to the front desk. All in all, I would recommend this place, and would consider staying here again if need be."

"I think the main thing about this hotel was the staff. I have never experienced that absolutely everyone was as pleasant, welcoming and easy to deal with. I think whatever is going on on the culture side of things is doing a stellar job. It is outstanding! And of course, the facility, room, bed sheets were great as well. Location is great for anyone who is taking a subway to get here. I found it was easy to navigate my way here from the YYZ airport."
