Loved my stay here! The apartment was clean, in a great location (downtown, streetcars right by the door, subway at a 7 min walk) and had really nice amenities (equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, linens,... the washing machine and dryer are a really cool added bonus). Wouldn't have to think twice about staying here again!

Great location in downtown Toronto. Building has many floors and the lobby was very busy at most times with people coming and going frequently. Check-in was a breeze, great communication with host. Easy to get to most locations, Eaton's Center was a 5 minute walk, access to many restaurants and there was a Starbucks on the ground floor of the building.

Secure. Clean. Great location. Booking was a little misleading-there are additional charges not in listing and check in a little confusing. There are many messages, emails and back and forth. Parking is wonderful, but having to go down to move vehicle , find a place to park to take the key fob all the way back up was difficult.

The suite was spacious enough for four people, and the building’s location was convenient, within walking distance of almost everything in downtown Toronto. However, the building was extremely crowded, with 48 floors and a constant flow of people coming and going. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite, and I also felt that security was inadequate, as there seemed to be very little control over who entered the building. Unfortunately, I also experienced verbal harassment in the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. Overall, although the location was great, the cleanliness and security concerns significantly affected my experience. Next time, I would probably prefer to stay at a hotel.
