"First the positive - Front desk staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very clean. Now the not so positive - Bed was a little too firm for my liking and the pillows were heavy and hard, not soft and fluffy like one would want after a long day. The doors on our floor would slam when ever they were closed causing a very loud bang. Woke us up a couple times during the night. Also, hubby could not use his C-pap because there were not enough outlets. My overall impression - I expected a 4 to 5 star hotel due to it being the “Hyatt Regency” and close to $500. a night, but it was really no better than a Holiday Inn."

"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"

"We really loved our stay at TOOR! We got there super early(7am) due to our Airline rescheduling our flight but TOOR was so nice to check us in already at no extra cost!! People were so nice!! Especial shoutout to Helen at their MUSE restaurant! My husband mentioned to her that i loved her mocha and we wanted to come back at noon but we couldnt make it anymore so she made one for me and have it "delivered" to our room!!! We cant recommend this hotel more! If you're in Toronto, def stay at this place. And to the previous guests saying about people drugs walking around there: Well, the hotel cant do anything about that. We still feel it was not that dangerous as what stated. And tbh it was not that many people and even if you go to the center, there are still people like that so i guess thats a Downtown Toronto thing but not really something the hotel chooses to have. Overall super recommended!"
