"This hotel was great for a quick stay. The location right near Union Station, was convenient as we travelled to Toronto by train. The rooms are quite small, but it was fine for our trip, we just used the room to sleep. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby was always busy and had a good vibe. I would stay again. "

"We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool. After a long winter and not having swum since August, my girls were incredibly excited for this getaway. To say they were disappointed when we went to swim on our first evening and found the pool closed is an understatement-they were in tears and just wanted to go to bed. We called the front desk and were told it would reopen the following evening at 8:00 p.m., but unfortunately, it did not. We checked out the next morning feeling very disappointed and, as a result, will not be returning."

"Breakfast was great, would have liked to see bacon, but otherwise was very well stocked. They are doing some renos, so if I wanted to sleep late, it would have been tough as someone was using a hammerdrill in the adjacent room at 9:30 am. I was awake long before that, so it didn't matter to me. "
