When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.

The location of the hotel was close to everything that I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. The hotel was older, but it was very clean and quiet. Came in for one night to watch a show at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Memphis. Quick half hour drive into the city, but much safer location than staying closer to the theatre. Rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful and courteous, and the overall stay was wonderful.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions.
