The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "

Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. However Hotel staff was helpful and provided plenty of extra floor towels to prevent spread. I would definitely recommend the hotel for location, great environment, staff, and nice rooms."

"Location was ok, around 1000 metres from the lake, reception staff were excellent but breakfast staff were bordering on ignorant and rude especially the main guy Overpriced for what it is but the breakfast manager was just rude and would avoid Concierge on the morning was excellent"
