"Gorgeous clean modern apartment in the best neighborhood in Madrid. Everything was perfect, from meeting our host at check in and being supplied with numerous wonderful suggestions to the convenient location and beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! Javier is gracious and generous and was always available for questions but never intruded on our privacy. Best vacation stay we’ve ever had!"

While we definitely enjoyed our stay, here are the summary points (both good and needing improvement): Pros: Location is great; flat is very spacious; bathrooms were both clean and large; flat was very quiet despite being on the busiest street in Madrid; Challenges: communication was poor...ask several questions and then delayed response to one question; too difficult to find blankets; unable to access HVAC due to no remotes; wifi access instructions...

"This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment!!!"
