"Property was very nice and in an excellent location close to Madrid’s many sights. "

"I thought the place was extremely clean. The bed was super soft. The shower was great and nice and hot. It would have been nice to have a bit of sugar in the apartment to accompany the coffee machine but I was able to grad some in the local supermarket and left it there for others to use. All the appliances are brand new and working. My favourite part of this apartment was how well I slept. It is a quiet area and as mentioned the bed was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again."

"This place was very essential to everything. It was a cute little cozy apartment. Unfortunately, there was only a flat sheet on the bed and another very thin sheet on top of that displays as advertised as a washer and dryer but doesn’t provide a dryer. No soaps, no coffee no extra options for anything. "

"We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. "The apartment is in a good area for accessing transit, restaurants, and sites. The neighborhood is good. Metro stations are close and it takes just a few minutes to get to tourist sites like the Sol plaza and the Royal Palace but is far enough away to get away from to tourist crowds. Using transit to and from the airport is easy and cheap as well. The condition of the apartment is a little rough but not bad. Cleanliness could be a little better. "Beautiful VRBO, within walking distance to everything. Quiet little neighborhood, adorable coffee shop across the street, 3 bathrooms which makes it nice. Cozy little living area perfect to chill out after a long day. Elevator which makes easy to transport luggage. Soft and calm decor throughout the property. Washing machine made it handy to do a load of laundry. A little construction across the street but not a nuisance at all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! "Mala comunicación con el huésped que no responde el mail, nos manda un correo con condiciones particulares que no aparecen en la web. Nos obligan a pagarles 20€ en mano por llegar al check-in después de las 12 de la noche. Vrbo nos dieron la razón por teléfono pero no nos solucionaron el problema. El apartamento es justito, la cama y el sofá cama son incómodos, es poco espacioso. La situación está bien, El parque Madrid río está al lado para los niños y hay una boca de metro muy cerca."

"Para la comodidad total le hacia falta uno o mas toalleros, el grifo del lavabo esta muy duro para abrir y cerrar. Por lo demas esta muy comodo con facilidad para cocinar. Gracias. Regresariamos seguro."
