"Very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Beds are in bad shape with stains and uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and unclean. Musky smell in the units and poor airflow so they get very hot during the day. Mosquitos at night are severe. Avoid staying here at all costs."

"je n'est pas passé de bonne vaccances dans vôtre établissement trop d animaux et un chien qui aboie toute la journée les enfants qui font du velo et de la trottinette électrique dans les aller du centre s'en regarder si il y a dans les allers et les enfants qui n arrête pas crier a la piscine alors qu'on n'a besoin de calme pour passé de bonnes vacances donc ce n'est pas assez calme pour passer de bonnes vacances"

"Logement sale, ménage très mal fait (il a fallu tout refaite), mobilier de jardin ultra vétuste, chaise cassé, table qui se déboite et j'en passe.
Logement très mal contrôlé, vétuste, joint de lavabo et de baignoire, wc moisis, sol salle etc.
Le soir de notre arrivé alors que l'on faisait la cuisine, l'étagère du meuble nous tombe dessus cassant un saladier dans la poêle, plein de petit morceaux de verre partout, résultat on à pas mangé et aucune alternative de la part de l'établissement,...

Great place to relax and get a tan. Easy parking.
"We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us.
We didn’t utilise the spa on 2/F, but we did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room on 1/F - they were never crowded; the sauna and steam room are open 3pm-8pm, and the pool 9am-9pm.
Breakfast is available for a fee, but we tend to self-cater; the room contains plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils, plus dish cloth and tea towel.
The beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and there are 3 small supermarkets in the resort (one each in Heliopolis, Port Nature and Port Arbonne). Various nightlife options, depending on your tastes!"
