Bedroom was really big for Paris (we had a deluxe) with fantastic aircon and really tasteful design. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! "Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"
"The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, always so friendly and helpful. We were particularly fond of the four resident dogs lounging on the staircase in the lobby. The two friendliest, Filou and Noisette, never tired of hanging out with my wife and daughter any time we came through. The breakfast offering was comprehensive with just about anything you could want. The rooms are about the size you’d expect for central Paris. They are kept very clean and have everything you need. The entire hotel appears to be recently renovated with nice finishes throughout, and a very cool artsy aesthetic. "
"This is a wonderful location for access to the Nord train station which will take you anywhere in Paris or Europe. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage for free while we enjoyed our last day in Paris. Rooms are small but clean and all you need. "
"We booked here because it was across from Gare de nord and we were catching the Eurostar. This is not a fancy hotel and no extras but what you pay you get a clean comfortable room and a very nice renovated bathroom. There is a small elevator and there are many places to eat nearby. We stayed somewhere else when we visited Paris and I wish we had stayed here it is a lot closer to everything than we were. I would definitely stay here again. "
