"For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too"

"Staff are friendly and proactively offering to assist while they greet you. There were only bath tub and fixed shower head (without any handheld ones). The rooms have high ceiling, which makes you feel spacious. TV channels were very limited, couldn’t find CNN, BBC, etc. The buffet breakfast restaurant was also spacious, choices of food were quite basic."
