"Was suppose to be a full breakfast.Had muffins and bagels.I didn’t see anything to put on bagels.Waffles and cold cereal coffee and a questionable juice dispenser.I would have rathered went to Mc Donald’s."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Quirk! The service is wonderful, the design inspiring, the food delicious, and the overall feeling is that of a Southern Paris. We could live there! Instead, we made some purchases at the gift shop and took dozens of photos to direct the re-design of our home in Toronto. everything will be pink! Thank you to each and every Quirk staff member who made us feel special and cared for. Our only recommendation would be the installation of accessibility buttons to open the heavy doors. I have a shoulder injury and found them hard to open, plus it would be good for people with permanent disabilities."

"I can't speak for anybody else or any other review, but I'm speaking for the review that I personally had the one night that I stayed there. I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn Richmond during a late-night trip, checking in around 11:00 PM and leaving around 7:55 AM the next morning. Because my stay was so short, I didn’t have enough time to fully evaluate everything the property had to offer. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the biggest positives was the pricing. The rate was very reasonable, and I appreciated the value for the money. The main difference I noticed compared to past Red Roof stays was the room fragrance. It’s been a few years since I’ve stayed at a Red Roof Inn and primarily they have been in Virginia Beach, but I don’t remember those rooms having the same scent. To be clear, it was not a bad, dirty, or musty smell, and the room appeared clean. It seemed more like a cleaning product or air freshener that just wasn’t particularly appealing to me. The bed was okay and provided a decent night’s sleep, but the A/C making a distinct noise kept waking me up, but I'm a light sleeper. I would likely stay here again for a quick overnight stop because of the excellent pricing and great staff. However, it probably wouldn’t be my top choice for a full-day or multi-night stay. Overall, it was a clean, affordable hotel with friendly service and good value for the price."

"The rooms were not very clean and my room was not cleaned during any of my 3 days stay. We were constantly asking for clean towels, toilet paper and garbage removal. The valet was rude; upon my arrival, they said I couldn’t unload my luggage or being at the hotel entrance unless I paid them. I had to ask for assistance at the front desk. The property doesn’t have self parking"

"This was my first stay at Best Western.The room they assigned us at first was not good,it smelled the curtains was clearly dirty and the sheets didn't look fresh. We were going to cancel our reservation but was informed by front desk we would be charged fully.So the young lady showed us another room which was not that much better but we stayed being it was only for two nights.the restaurant food for us was horrible,took one bite of the burger and we left.I personally would not recommend this location.The staff were amazing and very friendly.The pictures on the apps are an illusion compared to what it looks like when you get there.the water was green in the pool,just not a good look for us. I would give a one star"
