"Beautiful coastal home with stunning ocean views. This was our first visit, and we absolutely loved it. The large porch and multiple decks overlooking the cove offered amazing sunrises, moonlit evenings, and gorgeous sunsets. The property feels private, even with neighboring homes nearby. Check-in was easy, and communication with our host, Maggie, was excellent and prompt.We enjoyed walking the trails down to the beach to watch the lobster boats from the rocky shore. The home was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. It’s clearly a well-loved, casually comfortable home that made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maggie, we hope to return!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience in Maine with family and friends and a large part was due to the cottage and hospitality of our hosts and cottage owners Sue and Bill! It is in a great location and convenient to many things. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be repeat visitors!"

"John’s cottage was a fantastic spot for our party of 10. The cottage was awesome and the surrounding area was fantastic.Some highlights: watching the seals feast in the cove, feasting ourselves at Coveside, South Bristol Co-op and Kneaded Provisions/Island Grocery. We also enjoyed Harborside. The husband and wife owners were very nice. Carlisle Oysters over at the boatyard was also amazing. That husband and wife team were also very nice and their oysters were delicious!We also loved hiking around some of the local preserves, kayaking out to Witch Island and visiting Daramiscotta, Pemaquid Point and Boothbay Harbor. We look forward to a future visit. Thank you John! "

"We had the best week at Sea Breeze in our first trip to Maine! After a long drive, we were stunned to turn the corner to find our home overlooking a gorgeous seaside, situated on a quiet, walkable, friendly street. When we stepped inside, we found the house to be a clean, cozy, and quiet haven that had plenty of space to relax, play board games, and enjoy family breakfasts around the table. There was ample space in the fridge and freezer for all of our locally-purchased groceries, the kitchen was well-equipped for meals in, and we found the house well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of Sea Breeze was ideal for a picturesque walk to Salt Pond and La Verna Preserve trail, a short drive to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Hardy Boat Cruises puffin tours, and lots of delicious, charming restaurants (including some local Maine lobster!) and shops in Bristol and neighboring towns. Jim and Cynthia were the absolute best hosts and were so helpful and kind for the entirety of our stay! We couldn't recommend Sea Breeze more for anybody looking to have the most comfortable, unique, and authentic Maine experience that's far from the crowds, but close to all the natural beauty and Maine charm you could want.
