"Fife and Drum is a wonderful place to stay in Williamsburg. The location is amazing because you can walk to the museums and restaurants. Check in and parking are very easy. The place itself is charming and they always have drinks and snacks available in their quaint dining area, as well as delicious breakfast options. "There were ants in my room and never saw housekeeping to mention it or get help. I was never given wifi info The spa refused me my anemities and guest services/spa manager never got back up with me to get a resolution (this was a problem going back to check in). "My wife and I traveled nearly 3,000 miles from California to celebrate our anniversary at the Williamsburg Inn because of the exceptional experiences we had here in the past. Sadly, this stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we waited over an hour.
